Management Assistant
Felixx is looking for an experienced Management Assistant to efficiently manage the daily operations of our office. You will be the hub of our team, working closely with the finance and marketing teams on various administrative and organizational tasks. You will be the welcoming face for visitors, the first point of contact for our employees, and the professional voice handling incoming calls. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will swiftly and expertly handle a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and guests upon arrival
- Handling incoming phone calls, mail, and deliveries
- Managing the general mailbox accounts
- Assisting the team with facility and organizational inquiries
- Managing the calendar of one or more partners
- Providing administrative support for HR and financial matters
- Overseeing our interactions with facility services
- Acting as the contact person for our external IT administrator
- Organizing the operational aspects of the office, including ordering groceries and office supplies
- A cheerful and assertive individual with a completed MBO/HBO education
- Experience in a similar role within a professional (international) environment
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- Professional and meticulous work attitude with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in office programs
- Available for at least 32 hours per week
- Preferably residing in the Rotterdam area
