Experienced designer - project leader

Felixx is an international landscape architecture firm committed to building a sustainable world. Founded in 2014, the firm has steadily grown into an enthusiastic team of approximately 35 designers, researchers, and engineers. We aim to continue growing, deepening our knowledge, and broadening our field of work. To expand our team, we are looking for an experienced designer/project leader with around 10 years of experience. Are you a natural leader who enjoys maintaining an overview of a project and bringing complex assignments to a successful conclusion? Or are you a designer with substantial relevant work experience looking to advance to a project manager role?
The projects in your portfolio will range from master planning, design development, to public space planning. In this role, you will lead several compact teams of designers, coordinate with clients and partners, and work on both long-term projects and short, intensive assignments. You will have the opportunity to set up new projects according to your own insights by writing offers, planning people, and managing budgets. If this is new to you, we are happy to guide you in developing these skills.
Your Profile

Graduated as a landscape architect or landscape designer
10 years of professional experience as a designer/project leader
An open, enthusiastic, and inquisitive work attitude
Affinity with multidisciplinary collaboration in an international team
Experience in leading colleagues, project management
Experience in project management (offers, planning, budget)
Proficient in Vectorworks or Auto CAD and Adobe Suite
Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Available for at least 32 hours per week
Preferably residing in the Rotterdam area
Preferably available to start soon
