At Technobis, we manufacture medical equipment, which we deliver as a turn-key prototype or series product. As a close-knit team of mechanical, electronic, and software colleagues, we do this for our clients in the Med Tech, Bio Tech, and Pharma Tech sectors. Our mission is: ‘Realizing High-Tech medical products that matter, together!’ At Technobis, we offer a versatile position that can be filled either part-time or full-time. We understand that everyone has different needs and commitments, and we want to provide the opportunity to choose what suits you best. In the part-time role, your tasks will remain as described in the job posting. However, if you are open to the full-time position, the tasks will be adjusted to the available hours. The workload will be shared with a direct colleague, with whom you will interchange the tasks. This will also involve assigning some procurement-related tasks, allowing you to further develop your skills! We would like to read in your motivational letter whether you prefer part-time or full-time.
Your profile
Your education
- MBO2 vocational education level, preferably in the field of Logistics.
Knowledge and desired experience
- Familiar with quality systems;
- Proficient in the English language.

- Planning and organizational skills.
Your tasks
- Processing receipts in accordance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines;
- Counting inventory;
- Logging rejected items;
- Performing quality controls;
- Handling shipments (including production shipments);
- Responsible for the consumables inventory;
- Labeling and storing QSDS (Quality, Safety, Data Sheet) items;
- Waste disposal;
- Purchasing and controlling;
- Chase suppliers to maintain an positive OTD;
- Data processing;
- Tracking shipments made.
- Supporting the purchase department with administrative tasks
