WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?
As Logistics Quality Employee you are responsible for performing and registering QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) activities within the campus, executing and monitoring the safety and quality policy and reporting deviations. You register and resolve operational issues relating to the four QESH disciplines. You are able to derive patterns and trends from this and perform an analysis on this, you advise on measures to be taken and you are able to take the lead in projects and involve people from different departments in the solution direction. Implementing and securing preventive measures will be one of your main tasks.
Your week as Logistics Quality Employee looks like this:
- Implementing the central QESH policy;
- Ensuring coordination of the QESH policy with other departments;
- Analyzing incidents, realizing countermeasures and securing them;
- Creating and executing risk analyses and an action plan based on the results (RI&E and FMEA);
- Creating and executing toolboxes for employees;
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring quality instruments and standards;
- Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the established QESH policy within the site and taking corrective action in the event of deviations;
- Managing documents, work instructions and procedures in accordance with applicable quality standards;
- Coordinating and executing (physical) quality controls, internal audits and supervising external audits;
- Identifying improvements in the processes;
- Ensuring the necessary certifications in the field of quality management systems (ISO and customer requirements); and
- Advising management on improvements.
WHY IS THIS ROLE SOMETHING FOR YOU?
Do you recognize yourself in the following characteristics?
- A completed study at MBO or HBO level, preferably in the field of integral safety or safety science;
- Preferably work experience within logistics or supply chain;
- Experience with project-based work and project approach;
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of regulations regarding the management of goods that require specific treatment, such as: healthcare, pharmaceutical goods and hazardous substances
- Independent, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality;
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Ambassador to improve quality culture.
WHER ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?
Your workplace is at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of four warehouses! There you will be part of the QESH Team, consisting of 5 till 10 colleagues. Together you ensure that our employees are working in a safe and healthy environment, which guarantees the quality of our logistics service towards our customers. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to QESH & LEAN Lead and your working hours vary between 08:00 AM and 06:00 PM.

- A gross monthly salary between € 2.567 and € 3.512 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
