As a Logistic Data Officer, you play a key role in managing and optimizing logistical data and labeling processes. Your responsibilities span data collection, integration, and seamless sharing with suppliers and internal departments, such as the data management department and the warehouse. With a continuous focus on improvement, you’re always seeking innovative ways to enhance workflows, streamline operations, and introduce new processes when necessary. Additionally, you proactively lead or contribute to key projects aimed at boosting efficiency in the logistical data and labelling processes.
Your Mission
You ensure suppliers receive accurate labels and logistical data.
You regularly update suppliers with the latest instructions and requirements.
You create new label templates when necessary and make sure the data is available and integrated.
You take ownership of identifying and resolving issues related to transport packaging and labeling.
You continuously analyze current workflows, identifying outdated processes and defining new, more efficient ways of working.
You develop and maintain tools that enhance data sharing and automation, supporting the implementation of new processes.
Your Talent
Bachelor/Masters degree and/ or professional work experience in the field of logistics;
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working;
Advanced Excel Skills and good knowledge of MS Office in general;
Prior experience or affinity with reporting in Power Bi is a plus;
Grounded, down to earth attitude;
Your traits: assertive, independent, proactive, resolving power and a healthy dose of decisiveness;
Excellent communication and social skills to discuss and explain information to audiences with varying knowledge levels.

Salary between € 2500,- en € 3000,- per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
