Sales Support Representative E-commerce B2C (BMW)
The Job
As a Sales Support Representative E-Commerce B2C at stichd it is your responsibility to manage the complete order process and offer optimal service and support to our International sales force. Furthermore, you align with Internal departments to ensure the smoothest flow of processes, for our BMW Lifestyle Business.
Your Mission
- Ensure excellent services and support towards the sales team on a high service level;
- Handling the order process and making sure products are timely delivered to our customers;
- Liaising with multiple internal departments to support the processes;
- Managing Accounts Receivables and assisting with allocations;
- Proactively monitoring Purchase Orders and assist with Logistics team in Tilburg;
- Constantly optimizing the ways of doing business and looking for and executing new improved processes;
- Creative streak for flagging and creating Marketing opportunities together with the Sales and Marketing Team.
Your Talent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an economics/sales related field;
- Commercial experience developed in the Ecom industry and/ or Webshop world with a minimum of 1 year in a comparable position;
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English required, German is a plus;
- Knowledge of International trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation;
- Strong and positive team player with a solution focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery;
- Proactive and problem solving, eager to learn, self-starter, self-aware and self-confident, not afraid to speak up, hands-on.
- Knowledge of SAP system would be a plus.

- Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but fulltime work is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between a lot of holidays; 40 per year ór choose for a 40-hour salary per month with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
