Legal Manager Mobility & Assistance
This role report directly to the Head of Legal for Mobility and Assistance Line of Business and is the lead role on dealing with legal matters for Line of Business Assistance/MDDR and Global Client Segment. This role also provides support to the Head of Legal Line of Business Mobility & Assistance on other legal matters concerning the Line of Business
Activities
- Negotiating significant, mostly cross border, distribution and partnership contracts for the Line of Business;
- Assisting global sales team to structure deals with global business partners;
- Negotiating and creating framework (model) agreements;
- Participating to /activates localisation and implementation by engaging local/regional domestic lawyers in concerned countries;
- Leads, supervises and manages a Lob / Global Commercial Contracting Legal team.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to deal with legal and regulatory matters;
- A very robust understanding of the business models pursued by the Line of Business Mobility & Assistance;
- Work closely with other members of the legal team, particularly the local BU Legal teams;
- Expected to effectively co-ordinate with various other internal departments and stakeholders involved in corporate and other projects
- 5+ years post admission experience;
- Admitted to practise law in one or more jurisdictions of the European Union, with a strong grounding in financial services law, commerical contracting law.
- Fluent in Business English.The role reports directly to the Head of Legal Line of Business Mobility & Assistance.
