Legal Intern - Privacy Team

The Role
We're looking for a Legal Intern to join our team for 6 months in our Amsterdam office. You will be assisting with the implementation of a Privacy Program at Corsearch.

The Role
We're looking for a Legal Intern to join our team for 6 months in our Amsterdam office. You will be assisting with the implementation of a Privacy Program at Corsearch.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with the Privacy Team to assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corsearch’s privacy program, including drafting, reviewing and updating privacy policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Legal Team to assist in the implementation of privacy related processes.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and transfer impact assessments.
- Support the team in conducting internal functional audits.
- Support the team in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
- Participate in privacy awareness initiatives and training programs for employees.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of privacy-related issues.
- Reporting to Director, Legal and Privacy.
Essential Skills
- Must hold a diploma of bachelor’s degree in law.
- Must be enrolled at a university in the Netherlands for master’s studies.
- Strong interest in privacy, data protection, and security topics.
- Good understanding of privacy laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast pace environment with flexibility to adapt to changes in priority
