As Chief of Staff, you are the right hand of the CEO and help him be more effective. You gather input and data from stakeholders to effectively advise on company critical decisions. You will be in the lead of certain strategic projects and communicate progress effectively.
You are the go-to sparring partner for quickly validating new initiatives for growth (Products, Channels, Partnerships, etc.). You create structure out of chaos and set up the the rhythm needed for our company to manage its rapid growth.
What you will do:

What you will do:
- Run OKRs and own the company roadmap planning
- Run cross-functional and strategic projects, such as international expansion
- Create an alignment framework for Marketing, Sales, Ops and Supply chain
- Prepare management team & board meetings
- Gather information, create analyses to ensure effective decision making
- Support fundraising initiatives & do whatever is needed to grow the company

You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them.

You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.

You have 5+ years of experience, preferably in management consultancy or similar strategic consulting experience.

You are a master in Excel/Sheets and PPT/Slides.

You are a great communicator, capable of leading projects

You have proven experience in structuring complex business processes
