Are you an experienced brand researcher with a strong vision for the profession? Do you have the drive to share this vision and work with our team to develop the best portfolio in the market? Then this is your opportunity! We are looking for a coaching, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic Businesslead for our Brand & Campaign team.
In this role you will lead a team of 9 committed colleagues and you will be responsible for the further development of our Brand & Campaign product portfolio, one of Blauw's pillars of success. You will strive to apply the latest methods and techniques so that our clients can count on the most useful insights to improve their brand performance.
We invest in people and resources to (remain) at the top of the market. In addition to researchers, the Brand & Campaign team consists of a sales consultant, a product manager and someone who handles HR tasks. Because of this composition, others are co-responsible for a successful team result.
The business lead has more of a facilitating, directing and coaching role. Of course, you remain ultimately responsible for realizing the team plans. Business leads are part of Blauw's MT.
Collaboration is essential; you work not only with your team but also with managers from other teams. You use a short cyclical rhythm to set, evaluate and adjust goals. As a Businesslead at Blauw, you bring out the best in others, are a fearless go-getter and embrace innovation.
Your day starts with checking the team dashboard and sharing successes during the daily. You work on strategies, prepare pitches and have conversations with clients. You'll coach your team, read reports and keep a focus on improvement.

- You have at least 7 years of experience in brand research, including 5 years on the agency side.
- You are always up to date with the latest theories in brand thinking, consumer behavior, marketing and communications.
- You have a commercial focus and are driven to achieve goals.
- You have experience in leading a team and enthusing colleagues and customers.
