Assembly employee / fabricator with focus on stainless steel tubing
Technobis handles the entire development process, from concept to certification. For industrial design and complementary technologies, you collaborate with our partners. At Technobis, we manufacture medical equipment, which we deliver as a turn-key prototype or series product. As a close-knit team of mechanical, electronic, and software colleagues, we do this for our clients in the Med Tech, Bio Tech, and Pharma Tech sectors. Your profile
Your education
- Starting from a vocational education level of MBO 2/3, obtained through a relevant vocational education program.
Knowledge and desired experience
- Familiar with quality systems;
- Proficient in the English language.

Your tasks
- Fabrication of stainless steel tubing parts
- Metalworking modifications on parts and machine frame
- Collects and organizes various components;
- Assesses whether the various components are suitable for assembly;
- Studies the instructions and work descriptions;
- Proactively communicates when the instructions and work descriptions are not feasible or unclear;
- Allocates the components and work instructions to the appropriate workstations;
- Sets up the workstation in such a way that the respective device can be assembled without delay;
- Assembles the products according to the provided specifications and quality standards;
- Conducts quality checks during the assembly process;
- Provides feedback when defects are identified;
- Makes suggestions for improvement to the engineer;
- Performs tests according to the test specifications;
- Works independently and adheres to the established timelines;
- Reports promptly when and why a timeline cannot be met;
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
