You will work remotely, with the requirement to come on-site one day per week. Flexibility and responsiveness are key, as there may be emergency situations requiring your immediate attention and occasional on-site presence beyond the scheduled day. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Assist with employee relations, including answering HR-related questions and managing internal communications.
Coordinate training sessions and other development programs.
Assist with payroll, benefits, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Participate in on-site HR activities one day per week, coordinating with management and staff.
Respond to urgent HR-related issues and emergencies that may require immediate action and additional on-site visits.
Training Program:
As part of this role, you will participate in a structured HR Training Program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in human resources. The program will cover key HR functions such as:
Recruitment and selection
Employee relations and engagement
HR compliance and labor laws
Performance management and employee development
HR technology and software systems
This training program is tailored to support your professional growth and ensure you develop into a well-rounded HR professional. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively on-site.
Availability to respond to urgent matters when necessary, including occasional unscheduled on-site visits.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
