Quality Ingineer (ppap)
· Prepare and collect PPAP documets according to standard and custumer requerments
· Participation in product development and processes - Participate on APQP meetings
· Create Control Plan and checking if it is in accordance with FA line during 0 job
· Approve PFC and checking if it is in accordance with FA line during 0 job
· Create IMDS reports
· Participate in zero job production. Participation in the discussion and approval of zero series and cooperation with other departments
· Measure and send PPAP parts to the customers
· Arhive the PPAP parts
· Control parts from the zero jobs in the system (SAP)
· System scrapping of archived PPAP parts every 3 months
· Communicate with representatives from customer side responsible for PPAP approvals
· Submit PPAP documentation on customer portals
· Entering of documents in the PDM system and Confluence system. Notification of responsible persons about confirmation.
· Inform the organization when PPAP is approved
· Yearly requalification
· Participate in stock take
· In case of discrepancy appearance which guide to the serial defective goods, obliged stopped the production and inform the management
· Participate in customer and system audits preparation
· Participate in training of new workers and employees
· Fulfilment of direct manager’s instructions and tasks
ü Creating and monitoring of orders for Quality department in Onventis
ü Vacation attendance records and data updates in the S&T attendance system
ü Procurement of office supplies for Quality Department
ü Fixing of assets
ü Collecting procurements and handling invoices
ü Overtime requests
· Report about the executed tasks
· Following cleanliness and order at the working place
· Participation in analyzies in case of claims
· Compliance documentation of environmental management.
· Observance and participation in the rules of the environmental management standard ISO 14001, safety and healthy at work ISO 45001 and standard for energy efficiency ISO 50001, as well as preparation of documentation required for audits and providing support during the same
