We are seeking a quality controller to join our company operation in the F&B field. Mission Ensuring the highest quality production of our services and products that impacts the experience and satisfaction of our customers. Responsabilities
Communicates directly with the Operations Manager.
Completes daily, weekly & monthly scheduled quality store checks and audits.
Monitors the commitment of all stores in hygiene and food safety procedures.
Ensures full commitment in HACCP, follows up HACCP updates and and reports with deviations.
Maintains and implement QSC (Quality Standard Check) in the stores.
Highlights on deviations and reports to the managers with critical deviations.
Monitors QSC progress and set corrective actions and follows up on implementation.
Maintains adherence to company standards and policies at all times.
Applies spot checks to different stores under his / her supervision as well as for different sections in stores.
Makes sure commitment of all team members in hygiene and grooming standards.
Performs on going spot checks to products labeling and expiry dates, rotation and storage temperature.
Conducts on going food safety training and makes sure refreshment on floor.
Monitors and makes sure proper washing procedures.
Monitors and makes sure proper food sanitation as well as for the equipment and utensils.
Monitors the commitment in general hygiene and cleanliness of the store and preserves a clean environment.
Makes sure commitment of all stores in approved materials and utensils.
Manages daily, weekly and monthly reports related to the commitment of stores.
Meets the managers in order to discuss all pending and related concerns.
Communication & Working Relationships
Works closely with Operations Manager, Area Manager, Floor Managers and Floor Supervisors to ensure the consistent implementation of company’s Standards.
Coordinates with different departments in the Head Office/ Central Kitchen to guarantee effective communication.
Communicates with external parties like sanitation and cleaning suppliers.
Interacts with team members while handling the QSC.
Manages direct reports and operational issues on a daily basis and reports with all related matters and incidents to the Operations Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Master’s degree in quality management Good operations knowledge HACCP, ISO, ... Good operations knowledge in the F & B Business Skills in orienting team members and setting goals for proper achievement of scores. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent oral and written English. Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Applications.
