Mission:
Profil:

• Project Delivery Management:
  • Lead and manage projects from kickoff to closing, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including contract compliance, deliverable progress, and workload management.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.
• Performance and Optimization:
  • Optimize project margins by enhancing productivity and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze project performance data to propose and implement strategies for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Maximize client satisfaction by maintaining regular touchpoints and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service and client engagement.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
• Business Development Support:
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting commercial activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.
• Interfacing and Coordination:
  • Act as the primary interface between Capabilities Units (e.g., technical teams, support units) and Business Units (e.g., sales, marketing).
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and goals are achieved.
  • Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives, fostering a cohesive approach to project execution.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
