Position overview:
Reporting directly to the production manager. the main responsibility will be to oversee and manage production-related activities, such as scheduling, quality control, safety, and employee relations, to meet production and quality targets. In your area of production, with a high level of energy and passion for satisfying customer requirements.

Position overview:

In your area of production, with a high level of energy and passion for satisfying customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the recruitment plan according to the milestones and project phases.
- Coordinate and stimulate the development of human and technical resources in accordance with the production program.
- Plan short- and long-term resources
- Define the needs for human and material resources
- Participate in the development of the training plan and the definition of possible staff promotions.
- Analyze the results of the workshop daily, and ensure that corrective actions to resolve discrepancies are effective
- Ensure the execution of the daily and weekly production program.
- Assist supervisors in their work, maintain daily follow-up with them
- Control production results
- Analyze established production programs and study the implementation capacity
- Analyze statistics and ratios to prevent and improve performance
- Establish corrective action plans in the event of deviations.
- Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement.
- Gather the different indicators concerning Safety, quality, production, absenteeism, turnover, costs, scrap, 5S, and inventory level.
Key skills and Qualifications:
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Experience with production, Lean, Six Sigma, and Best Practices
- Good Communication skills at all levels
- Solid knowledge of management items
- Team management skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
