Laboratory Quality Engineer (Metrologist)
· Ensure Laboratory work to be in accordance with the requirements of the IATF standard.
· Ensure registration, control and calibration of measuring equipment.
· Ensure performs tests of the samples to be according to defined special methods , quality and ecology requirements and time calculation.
· Prepare Laboratory plan for working – organize work in the Laboratory.
· Tracking the status of the test (test) to meet the requirements of the project and documentation of the activity in the daily task book .
· Lead the Internal calibration. Organization of external calibration and control of calibration of measuring equipment devices.
· Ppreparation of MSA.
· Identification and reporting of unusual testing circumstances, damage to calibration devices and process violations.
· Documentation of all test observations, data, facts, cases, situations, error-free inspections in accordance with ISO 17025 standards.
· Performing tests of characteristic analysis (equipment control) and, at the end of the test, completion of the Report.
· Control laboratory devices to match test methods and identify nonconformities.
· Work with a variety of hand tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment.
· Maintenance of laboratory equipment in a clean, orderly and working condition.
· Ensure the correctness of the working documentation and its compliance with ISO 17025.
· Organizes the work in the laboratory in accordance with the standards and specifications that are approved samples (standards) and technical documentation, terms of deliveries and contracts, as well as to strengthen production discipline, ensure a high technical level and product quality.
· Following cleanliness and order at the working place.
· Performs analysis of the samples- chacking according to the MI.
· Check on the condions of regulations and issued documents.
· Compliance documentation of environmental management.
· Checking of the condition of the issued documents that is used in daily work.
· Fulfillment of the additional tasks given by Quality manager.
