We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Recruitment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be a key part of the recruitment process by actively sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, arranging interviews, and supporting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
Supporting the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, reviewing CVs, and organizing interviews.
Conducting initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
Managing the logistics of interviews, including scheduling and reserving meeting spaces.
Keeping the applicant tracking system up to date with accurate candidate information.
Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and posting advertisements on relevant platforms.
Providing administrative assistance to the recruitment team when required.
Requirements:
Bac+2 in Management or a related discipline.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Technical and Soft Skills:
Experience with recruitment software and tools.
Knowledge of sourcing methods and candidate assessment techniques.
Familiarity with job boards and social media recruitment strategies.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
