Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Gueliz office, Marrakech
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a candidate portfolio in a specific market
Source, qualify, and submit candidates based on client requirements
Manage advertising responses and provide feedback to candidates
Arrange and prepare candidates for interviews, and gather feedback
Identify sales leads and maintain relationships with candidates
Handle post-assignment activities including compliance and administration
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, delivery-focused, and able to prioritize workloads
Financially driven, honest, and reliable
