FP & A ANALYST
TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to the Sales Leaders and/or Product General Manager and Product Management team. These positions are expected to ensure profitable growth by improving Sales and/or Product Management performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items. Financial responsibilities include evaluating PAC projects, capital investments, product extensions, product pricing and rebate agreements, Strategic Plan process and long term P&L modelling, competitive and scenario analyses, driving financial intelligence and rigor across Finance and other non-Finance functions.

What your background should look like:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Project P&L, assessment of project financials, support to Project Team
- Strategy Plan revenue build up process coordination, support in Strat Plan P&L build up
- PM Finance Analytics / Reporting (Projects expenses reporting, hours, projects analysis, sensitivity analysis etc)
- Preparing of Product Line P&L, analysis & finding improvements opportunities
- ASG transfers posting and analysis
- Preparing complex ad hoc analyses
- Pricing Impact calculation and analysis
- Business partner to Product Management and Project Management teams
Background and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- Background of working at finance / business analysis positions in multinational companies for no less than 3 years
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, TED, SAC).
- You have the ability to work in cross functional teams
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance team
- Self-motivation with critical attention to detail and deadlines is one of your strengths
- You have strong, professional and effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience in Manufacturing environment would be an advantage
