We are looking for a F&B representative to join our dynamic team, As a key member of our hospitality team, the F&B Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our passengers.
The responsibilities for this position are outlined below:
- Review arrivals / departure lists to welcome passengers.
- Welcoming passengers in a friendly and professional way.
- Ensures high standard of sanitation and hygiene in the work areas.
- Prepare mise en place prior every arrival/departure.
- Serve passengers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Attend to timely passengers complaints and report the concern to management.
- Comply with equipment usage guidelines.
- Carry out other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- Regularly participate with on-the-job trainings as conducted by company.
- Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
- Coordinate with GE for smooth operation.
- Have full product knowledge.
- Report any maintenance needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education : Diploma or Bachelor in Tourism / Equivalent
- Experience : 1 - 2 years’ hospitality
