We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert in Power Apps and Dynamics 365 to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our commercial team to develop and implement a new CRM application using Power Apps (Canvas). This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a focus on creating solutions that enhance our commercial operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert in Power Apps and Dynamics 365 to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our commercial team to develop and implement a new CRM application using Power Apps (Canvas). This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a focus on creating solutions that enhance our commercial operations.

Solution Design: Expertise in Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps and collaborate with the commercial team to gather requirements and design a comprehensive CRM solution using Power Apps (Canvas) and Dynamics 365. - Development: Build and customize the CRM application using Power Apps (Canvas) and integrate it with Dynamics 365.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of the CRM solution, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and meets performance standards.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM application, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for the commercial team and other stakeholders to ensure effective use of the CRM solution.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of designs, configurations, and user guides.
- Experienced in working with UX/UI teams.
- Skilled in creating advanced graphic components based on Figma mockups.
- Proficient in setting up offline applications (cache mode or offline profiles in Dataverse).
- Experienced in integrating with third-party systems, including Dynamics 365.
- Holds a Microsoft MVP profile.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Power Apps and Dynamics 365.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas apps).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Azure services and integrations.
- Understanding of data modeling and database design
