### Job Specification: Web Developer
**Location:** Office-based, Agadir, Morocco (Some home working possible)
**Salary:** 12,000 to 18,000 Dhs per month (depending on skill set)

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced Web Developer proficient in Word Press, Webflow, HTML/CSS, and API writing. Some design skills/eye for aesthetics are a bonus. You will be working in a small office environment, closely with the business owners in the UK, and the creative team in your local office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain websites using Word Press, Webflow, HTML, and CSS.
- Write and integrate APIs.
- Ensure website functionality and performance across different platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and implement website features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Conduct website testing and optimisation.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with teams in the UK, Australia, and the USA.
**Requirements:**
- Proficient in Word Press, Webflow, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in writing and integrating APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluent in English.
- Design skills are a bonus.
