### Job Specification: SEO Content Manager
**Location:** Office-based, Morocco
**Salary:** 7,000 to 11,000 Dhs per month (depending on experience)

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an SEO Content Manager to oversee and optimise content strategies to boost search engine visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both SEO and content creation, ensuring that all content aligns with SEO best practices. You will work closely with the SEO team, content writers, and business owners in the UK, while managing the content team in the local office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement content strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content accordingly.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with SEO goals and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to refine on-page and off-page SEO efforts.
- Analyse website traffic and performance to guide content development.
- Manage a team of content writers, providing feedback and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies as needed.
- Report on content performance and provide actionable insights.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in content management and SEO.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in managing or leading a content team is a plus.
