MTA S.p.A is looking for an Electrical Customer Quality Engineer to joint the team for the plant based in Kenitra.
Mission
- Be the main contact for customers and quality residents in the event of alerts/incidents and ensure responsiveness on security by mandating, if necessary, sorting/control service providers;
- Travel if necessary to customer sites to present/propose action plans aimed at improving the quality of products delivered;
- Respond to customer incidents on time by applying the methodology requested by the customer under customer portals (e.g. PSA AMADEUS / RSA SQUAL / YAZAKI GQR-C, etc.) and lead internal working groups in accordance with the 8D methodology;
- Lead a weekly review of customer incidents/alerts focused on recurrences and the removal of blocking points in current action plans;
- Analyze warranties and provide formal responses to the customer within the required timeframe;
- Prepare initial sample files (PSW, PPAP, etc.) during the evolution of the product/process in series production;
- Intervene quickly on inappropriate processes/products in order to guarantee the quality standard of the results obtained and the elimination of the cause of inaccuracy;
- Stop production in the event of insufficient quality assurance, inappropriate materials;
- Participate in updating quality documents related to the quality of the products delivered (e.g.: control range, Control Plan, etc.);
- Audit the manufacturing process according to LPA, VDA and FIEV references;
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements;
- Ensure and monitor customer satisfaction via the portal and/or by email;
- Ensure the completion and success of customer and organization audits.
Experience
- From 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Quality engineer in automotive industry/ Quality department.
Education Level & Skills
- Bac+5 Engineer with university degree;
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards);
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO…;
- Good knowledge of Claim management & customer crises;
- Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP…;
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
