MTA S.p.A is looking for a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to joint the team for the plant based in Kenitra.

Responsibilities:
- Visualize and analyze the entire value stream, from raw materials to the finished product, to identify areas where scrap is generated.
- Analyze all defects along the process flow and work toward achieving perfect product quality.
- Implement strategies to minimize defects.
- Improving process control, quality management, and material handling can significantly reduce scrap rates.
- Assign actions to other departments and monitor their effectiveness.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality principles and tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Experience with continuous improvement processes
- Familiarity with Kaizen methodology
Education:
- Bachelor Degree.
