We are the leading HVAC cleaning service provider in Canada, focused on improving indoor air quality and HVAC efficiency for commercial and residential clients. We’re expanding across North America and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Cold caller to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold call residential customers to promote our HVAC cleaning services.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of HVAC cleaning and its impact on
- indoor air quality.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to close sales.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospects in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven experience in direct sales, ideally in residential services or related fields.
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills with a successful track record of generating new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office suite.
