Call Center Team Manager (Anglophone) - Telemarketing Expertise
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Team Manager to lead our Anglophone Telemarketing team in Meknes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in telemarketing (televente) and a proven track record of managing high-performance teams. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets, KPIs, and client satisfaction.
Develop training programs to enhance the team's skills in telemarketing and customer interaction.
Monitor and improve team performance through feedback, coaching, and data analysis.
Manage scheduling, reporting, and problem-solving to maintain smooth workflow and address challenges.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in telemarketing, with a strong background in sales.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams.

Willingness to relocate or travel to Meknes.
