Test Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the testing activities of the company's core projects. Test coordinator ensure that the testing activities are performed in accordance with the project objectives to ensure the quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Test planning and strategy development

• Resource management

• Test execution or reporting

• Stakeholder communication and management

• Risk management

• Quality assurance or control

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have:

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Nice have:

• Prior experience in the automotive or financial services industry is a plus.

2. Years of Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT.

• 2+ years of experience in Testing management.

3. Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Technical certifications/diploma and/or degree preferred.

4. Specific Course/Certifications:

• Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Proven experience working with testing tools (i.e. Selenium, Jira)
