Requirements:
- Senior experience managing and executing software projects as Service Delivery Lead.
- Management of Local Customer Accounts.
- Third party vendor management
- Elaboration and coordination of work plans.
- Negotiation with clients of agreements and commitments
- Task supervision and risk management
- Interest in learning technology platforms
- Based in Monterrey
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Leadership
- Ability to develop teamwork
- Interpersonal relationship management
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Effective communication
- Anticipation of problems
- Orientation to business objectives.
- Quality assurance.
- Technical knowledge of Telematics, Satellite Monitoring and Tracking.
- Knowledge in any of the following platforms for dispatch management: Samsara, Trimble.
- Main point of contact and communication with Customers.
- Ensure that customer needs and concerns are understood and addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Ensure delivery of product or new features according to established timelines.
- Resolve conflicts or dependencies and manage teams so that they are perfectly coordinated and focused on objectives.
- Foster long term relationships with the Customer.
