Candidacy:

We are currently looking for a Salesforce QA Lead with at least 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance to work with one of our main clients in Aguascalientes.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency (verbal), with the ability to create clear written documentation.
• Certifications: Relevant QA certifications are preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills:

• 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in test automation.
• QA methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools such as ACCELQ, Selenium, or Tosca.
• Expertise in Test Strategy Development and Test Effort Estimation
• Strong proficiency in Test Case and Test Scenario Development

Job Functions:

• Lead the QA efforts, providing guidance on QA best practices.

-Develop and implement Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
-Estimate test efforts and allocate resources effectively.
-Manage and track defects using tools such as JIRA.
-Ensure high-quality test execution using tools like ACCELQ, Selenium, or Tosca.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with Lean Agile methodologies.

-Provide detailed status reports and maintain documentation on testing processes.
-Advise on the continuous improvement of QA processes and techniques.
