This role will work with our Nissan Commerce platform team for connected vehicle telematics billing and subscription management. The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst is responsible for defining and creating Epic Stories and User Stories to define features that will enable differentiating capabilities, improve efficiency, reduce complexity and drive configuration over code to deliver market leading products and services. You will have a detailed understanding of the system(s) for the purposes of defining requirements and use customer journey and process flow mapping to create, align and communicate scope. The SBSA understands problems and opportunities in the context current state and future roadmap plans and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, systems analysis and grooming sessions with key line of business and Nissan Digital Subject Matter Experts.
- Develop and recommend feature designs that use configuration over code. Develop alternatives and communicate pro & cons for alternatives to gain agreement on best approach.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details; able to distinguish user requests and service orders from the underlying true outcomes.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze feature outcomes.
- Deliver the following artifacts as needed but not limited to: Epic Stories, User Stories, Customer Journey Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, Business Context Diagrams.
- Facilitate Sprint Demos and Sprint approvals.
- Understand the organization and stay up to date on current commerce platform trends and releases, align with business and industry insights. to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Create and present recommendation to support objectives.
- Operate with the context of Product Teams, Agile Development and Dev Ops Lifecycle Management.
Expectations and Skills:
- 5-7 as Business Systems Analysis working in Agile, Salesforce or related Commerce experience preferred.
- Understanding of Scrum Master/ Project Management skills
- Use of JIRA for Story development and management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio)
- Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate ability to prioritize own schedule and organize workload effectively with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Salesforce Product Configuration and Flows preferred.
- Certifications in Agile, Salesforce Administrator preferred.
