This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual, with a passion for sales, and an interest in promoting health and wellness. Job Summary: As a Direct Sales Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers. You will play a key role in generating revenue and meeting sales targets through effective sales demonstrations, communication, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities:
Conducting direct sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation, to identify potential customers
Booking presentations and demonstrating our products or services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Providing personalized product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs
Negotiating incentives and closing sales agreements with customers to achieve sales targets
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics
Qualifications
High School Diploma (required) with some complementary Post-Secondary education
5+ years of proven experience and results in sales, marketing or customer service management, preferably in a similar industry or role
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Strong sales acumen and ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
