Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Recruiting Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our team of independent sales representatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales force. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance and skills.
Monitor sales activity and performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management review.
Identify opportunities for sales growth and market expansion, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Recruitment and Team Building
Recruit, onboard, and train new independent sales representatives to expand the sales team.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role, and make hiring decisions.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new and existing team members to help them succeed in their roles.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual support among team members.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective sales representatives.
Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in managing customer relationships and closing sales.
Represent the company at industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand business opportunities.
Qualifications
High School Diploma (required) with some complementary Post-Secondary education
10+ years of proven experience and results in sales management, preferably in direct sales or multi-level marketing
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with team members and clients.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
