Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical-Administrator or related.
Experience Level: More than 6 years of experience in a highly competitive industry; of which a minimum of 2 years must have held positions at the Supervisory or Management Level in the Automotive Industry.

Specific functions
- Promote certification on the floor of Direct Associates if in charge.
- Promote the correct and timely training of the personnel under their charge.
- Comply with the quality standards and efficiencies established for the processes of their area(s), monitoring the correct record of process evaluations.
- Direct the distribution of human and material resources in the area according to the requirements and delivery times to achieve efficiency goals.
- Receive and supervise the execution of the production program.
- Supervise that the supply of materials in their area(s) is timely, as well as their management.
- Ensure that all associates have the security equipment and follow the established security procedures.
- Participate in training on the different production processes, in addition to the operation of the equipment and work tools.
- Direct meetings with subordinate personnel to provide feedback regarding problems that affect their area and propose solutions, as well as important events.
