Looking for a bilingual Office Administrator with Finance Focus for a new Call Center Job Overview: Office Administrator with Finance Focus will be responsible for managing our financial records especially payroll and accounting, support recruitment, provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with technology implementations. Should also be able to help with Reporting and Analytics. They will also be responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment. This role involves performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing / overseeing repair tasks. Salary: up to $7,000 net weekly (depending on experience) + law benefits Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle timely and accurate payroll processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reconcile financial statements on a monthly basis.
Process accounts payable and receivable with invoicing and payment tracking.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
Familiarity with industry-specific Financial regulations.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Support tax preparation.
Get approval and Procure items needed for the office.
Oversee and validate all liquidations or reimbursements.
Review quarterly audits for equipment inventory management.
Sourcing, Screening and onboarding candidates.
Assist users with IT-related questions and issues via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
Identify and repair hardware malfunctions, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating systems and applications.
Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Document IT procedures and create user guides as needed.
Track and manage IT equipment inventory.
Ensure proper disposal of outdated or non-functional equipment.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and software.
Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up their workstations.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the facility management system.

Preferences:
