Looking for Information Technology Support for Call Center The Information Technology Support will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and assisting with technology implementations. Would also like this role to help us with Reporting and Analytics. Salary: Up to $8,000 Weekly Salary (depending on experience) + Requirements:
English Fluent, both written and verbal.
1 year of similar IT experience in call center.
Types at least 35 words per minute.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist users with IT-related questions and issues via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
Identify and repair hardware malfunctions, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including operating systems and applications.
Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Document IT procedures and create user guides as needed.
Track and manage IT equipment inventory.
Ensure proper disposal of outdated or non-functional equipment.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and software.
Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up their workstations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Able to present a portfolio of data analysis projects.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
Certification in data analysis or related areas (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) is a plus.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional)
Hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and networking.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Objectives with Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and reports to visualize key metrics and business performance.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, rigorous validation and cleansing processes.
Assist with the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize data quality.
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to generate actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
Create detailed documentation and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and data management practices.
Automate and document reporting processes, methodologies, and data definitions to increase efficiency and accuracy
