Descripción y detalle de las actividades
-Be a trusted IT partner and adviser to the business. -Using a predefined resolution framework, develop and apply IT knowledge skills to resolve and respond to customer issues and deliver solutions quickly and effectively. -Have basic functional knowledge and documentation of IT systems (Microsoft, LAN/WLAN, Account Management, Endpoints, Printing, Directory Management, Site Infrastructure, -Act as a resolution escalation point for peers and customers. -Create technical documentation around new and established processes and procedures.
Experiencia y requisitos
• College diploma or university degree in the field of IT • 4 – 5 Years in an IT Position. • Strong technical knowledge of IT • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) • Experience with ITSM/ITIL applications (Service Now) • Superior written and oral communication skills (Spanish/English) • Strong technical documentation skills (Spanish/English)
