Identifying critical HR metrics.
Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
Support HRBP of business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes and results.
