What do you get to do in this position?

The Human Resources Intern will join us as a member of the HR Community supporting Schneider Electric. In this exciting role the intern will gain exposure to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent Acquisition (recruiting) to Rewards (compensation) to Talent Development. The intern will get involved in a range of projects and activities - from supporting the HR team and business leaders using our various HR systems, to assisting with training and education efforts.

There will be opportunities to get involved on ad-hoc project coordination/management. The intern will have opportunities to network with business leaders and co-workers at their location and across the region. They will be empowered to identify areas for improvement and growth and will be challenged to bring their creativity and innovation to help us continuously improve what we do!

The intern will support recruitment and hiring activities for hourly personnel.

Qualifications - External

This job might be for you if:

• Active bachelor students from 6th semester and up related to the HR area:

o Psicology
o Administration

• English Level

o Intermediate or Advanced

• Grade point Average above 8.5
