Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree.
5 years of experience in similar roles
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of federal labor law
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power BI, proficiency)
HR systems (Tress, Workday)
Excellent communication and people skills.
Problem Solving Aptitude
Desire to work as a team with a results-oriented approach.
Language: 80% English
