- Experience on general HR/Labor activities.
- Experience on payroll/ pre payroll activities.
- Experience entering data such as hires, terminations, changes, vacations benefits and payments.
- Labor Law knowledge.
- Work based on results and focus oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge on Word, Excel, Power Point and TRESS System.
Principal activities
- Attention to internal clients on different services through the center of attention to employees.
- Capture data of employees such as hires, terminations, resignations, changes, vacations, benefits and general consults.
- Attention will be remotely (email and call center)
- Provide general information (documents, letters, benefits, update data, any doubt HR related)
- Provide changes and updates on internal systems of HR
