Our new state-of-the-art Call Center is looking to build on our biggest strength: our teammates! We are searching for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist with GREAT communication and leadership skills to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain employee records
Manage employee onboarding
Provides advice on issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and
procedures
Employee disciplinary actions, resignations and terminations
Follow up with employee disabilities and ST-7
Update HR reports, employee files, employee information and distribute any documents as needed
Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems
Keeps abreast with employment, state, federal and local regulations and communicates impact to HR
management
Coordinate events designed to increase employee retention and satisfaction
Requirements
Excellent English proficiency
Proven experience in Human Resources
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to
handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
