Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant

Responsibilities

Define user needs and specify essential functionalities for EAM solutions.

Design and recommend process improvements, integrating industry trends.

Propose proactive, value-driven enhancements to improve user experience.

Document requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation, primarily working with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Over 5 years of experience working directly with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or Preventive Maintenance Management Systems (PMMS).

Previous experience as an EAM, Consultant, or Business Analyst (BA).
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Conversational English B2 or higher.
Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Working with government institutions or agencies.
- Involvement with power plants or water treatment facilities.
- Managing asset maintenance software.

Salary: Competitive gross salary ranging from 55,000 to 75,000 MXN per month.
