Job Summary:
The Assistant to the Specialist in Rebate Management will support the administration and tracking of rebate programs, collaborating closely with suppliers and using platforms like Hub Spot to manage client data and documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, precision, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in researching, documenting, and organizing rebate incentives, ensuring information is current and well-organized.
Coordinate and track supplier negotiations, helping to document and maximize benefits for our clients.
Support the administration of rebate applications, ensuring compliance with all requirements and keeping stakeholders informed.
Collect and analyze post-project data, assisting in the preparation of detailed reports on the effectiveness of rebate incentives.
Manage and organize client data using the Hub Spot platform, archiving documents for efficient retrieval and analysis.
Provide direct assistance to clients, guiding them through the rebate submission and processing experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role, preferably within the LED lighting or energy efficiency industry.
Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
