We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our friendly team at the Mexico Office in Juriquilla, Queretaro. In this role, you will provide information to our customers about their transactions and resolve general queries they may have.
Our Customer Care Expert may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer. Our Customer Care Expert will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
