Role Purpose This role is to assist the Americas COO and Non Financial Risk office in gathering information, providing creative input and helping to prepare regular updates to US and Global Management. In partnership with COO and NFR control officers, manage the risk and control environment via a robust governance, ensuring all risks are understood, reported and managed within our risk appetite. Develop a working relationship with stakeholders across the Global Business and Global COO communities to help implement enhancements to current processes and support business-related tasks. Preparation and coordination of recurring governance materials to support the oversight and adherence with the appropriate control environment, complying with both external regulation and internal standards.
Provide day to day support to business heads and their teams on Business Management operations
Ensure the business operates using accepted global and local standards, processes and principles.
Shows belief in own ability to deliver successfully for the business, combined with a personal commitment to the organisation.
Builds, maintains and acts on strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate and ensure the promotion of business objectives and promote an environment for achieving objectives.
Requirements
Knowledge and experience/ qualifications
General Awareness of Markets and Securities Services. Desire to acquire knowledge of products and sectors that are key to the business.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts across all relevant product areas and disciplines
