Job Description
1. Maintaining relationships with SMEs that needs to export to other countries and offering after services. 2. Maintain a mutual-trust relationship with customers by cold call, on-site visit, online meeting and other possible ways. Use multi-solutions to let customers have a deep understanding on Alibaba.com. 3. Reach the target audience and successfully drive awareness, adoption, and usage of Alibaba.com B2B service and improve customer satisfaction rate. 4. Drive renewals and seller online performance through regular profound diagnosis, periodic ASTE(Alibaba Seller Training E-course) trainings etc. 5. Lead integrated online/offline webinars/campaigns and trainings to improve seller online performance -including webinars/training execution, monitor and results tracking by using analytical and reporting capabilities to measure the performance of campaigns (ROI) 6. Co-work efficiently with sales team to nurture clients from their onboarding to excellence.
Position Requirement
1. Result-oriented with strong execution. 2. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. 3. Customer service or training background is preferred. 4. Fast learner. 5. The person with strong self-motivation and proactive attitude is highly preferred. 6. The person shall be smart, positive, responsible and has a good communication and coordination skills. 7. Prefer candidates with experience in nearshoring, MX-US cross-border logistics, and exporting from MX to US.
