We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Center Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of our state-of-the-art data center facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, efficiency and availability while adhering to industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards. This is a critical role that demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. 1. Overall Facility Management: Oversee all aspects of data center operations, including power, cooling, fire suppression and environmental controls. 2. Uptime and Maintenance: Implement and enforce preventive maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted service and minimize downtime. Collaborate with internal/external stake-holders to define data center operations and develop Change Management procedures and tools, SOP and EOP of regional collocation DC faculties. 3. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the facility's budget, including capital expenditure plans for infrastructure upgrades and expansions. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency. 4. Emergency Response: Establish and maintain comprehensive emergency response and disaster recovery plans. Lead response efforts during crises. 5. Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with vendors and contractors for equipment, services, and maintenance. Manage the collocation DCs to ensure vendors are adhering to the SLAs per contractual terms. 6. Technical Leadership: Technical leader managing team and consultants to implement the data center operations in normal and emergency situations. 7. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on facility performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities. Use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Participate in equipment failure or power outage related incident Root-Cause-Analysis (RCA). 8. Innovation and Future Planning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to future-proof the data center's infrastructure and operations.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operation management or a similar high-tech facility environment. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., UPS, generators, HVAC, CRAC units), network infrastructure, and fire suppression systems. Able to communicate in both English and Spanish. Must hold Mexican citizenship. Preferred Requirements: Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in data center (10MW+) operation management with 3+ years of experience in leadership role. Knowledge of data center construction procedure. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
