Warehouse Manager -Food
Food Manufacturing Company
Location: Prai
Reports to: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Manager
Salary: Up to RM8,000/month
Overview:
Seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead the storage, distribution, and inventory management of raw materials and finished products. This role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, ideally with experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storing, and distribution, ensuring safety and compliance with food standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular audits, and ensure FIFO/FEFO rotation for quality management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support warehouse staff, set performance goals, and provide ongoing coaching.
- Food Safety & Compliance: Enforce hygiene standards and collaborate with quality assurance to uphold food safety.
- Equipment & Facility Management: Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and coordinate regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules effectively.
Requirements & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector, 5+ years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Knowledgeable in inventory control, WMS, and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks in a demanding environment.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
